进口木地板坯料应注意的问题

本文提出了进口木地板坯料时应考虑南北气候差异及木材密度等材性差异来确定留有不同的加工余量，并建议海关按照国际惯例制定以净尺寸材积作为计税材积的标准，避免各港口实行不同征税标准，给企业进口地板坯料带来诸多困难。该建议已引起海关总署重视，并委托国家林业局起草单耗标准。     

传染性法氏囊病疫苗免疫母鸡后子代雏鸡外周血液的B细胞和免疫球蛋白含量变化

应用免疫SPA菌体花环法和间接ELISE法对传染性法氏囊病（IBD）疫苗免疫母鸡后，其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量进行了动态研究。结果发现：IBD疫苗免疫后，其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量均不同程度地高于未免疫的相应对照雏鸡，表明IBD疫苗免疫母鸡后，其子代雏鸡外周血液的体液免疫功能明显增强。而传染性法氏囊病超强毒株攻击子代雏鸡后，未免疫子代雏鸡外周血液的上述各项指标均明显低于疫苗免疫的子代雏鸡，这与IBDV感染雏鸡后，其体液免疫中枢器官法氏囊严重损害，淋巴细胞变性坏死等有关，也是导致感染雏鸡免疫抑制的基础。     

APPLICATION AND EFFECTS OF RARE-EARTH ON SEEDLINGS

In order to improve the quality of seedlings and economic benefits,rare--earth experiments were carried out on eleven seedling-age-types of four silvicultral treespecies.Some indexes such as the increment,biomass and chlorophyl content weredetermined.The results showed that rare-earth can improve the growth in height anddiameter,increase the bioprductivity and increase the mean benefit by887766.29 yuan/hm~2.It is an effective method to improve the quality of seedlings for the characters such as lowcost and easy grasping.And the method can be widely used in seedling.     

耕牛血吸虫病检测方法比较试验

目的为了解几种检测耕牛血吸虫病的敏感性进行本试验。方法将经粪便毛蚴孵化法检出血吸虫病阳性的水牛(6头)，同时进行干卵聚酯薄膜环卵沉淀试验、间接血凝试验及快速诊断试纸盒检验的测试。结果以其检测结果与粪便毛蚴孵化法相比，阳性符合率分别为100％、100％和83％，3种方法间无显著差异。结论快速诊断试纸盒检测法以其操作简便且准确、快速、特异性高的特点，在动物血防普查工作中具有广阔的应用前景。     

钢质管道支座处的腐蚀控制方法

钢质管道与支座接触处及其周围的腐蚀比其它非特殊部位严重,由于其不易发现而被忽略,难以维护和重新防腐,易造成安全隐患.通过分析这种现象的形成原因,提出了三种有效控制支座处管道腐蚀的新型支座结构方案,可从根本上解决钢质管道与支座接触处的腐蚀问题.     

South-Western blot mapping方法的建立及其应用于锥虫细胞核中DNA结合蛋白的观察

South-Westerm blot mapping是一种结合Western blotting和Southern blotting某些特点的方法.本文介绍用其成功地观察到锥虫核蛋白中DNA结合蛋白的情况,并对一个分子量在40000左右、于较严谨条件下与DNA结合的核蛋白进行了特性鉴定.该蛋白等量地存在于锥虫的前循环期和血液期,对双链DNA有较大的亲和力,并能与酵母菌复制起始片段结合.本文还介绍了锥虫细胞核的提取技术和核蛋白的制备技术.     

Endometrial Oxytocin Receptor Concentration and Activity in Prepubertal Ewe Lambs

We have measured endometrial oxytocin receptor concentrations during prepuberty in ewe lambs, and have investigated the effect of progesterone on the activity of these receptors. In the first study, oxytocin receptor concentrations were undetectable in 2-week prenatal lambs but had increased immediately following birth and were then maintained throughout prepubertal life. Despite the presence of oxytocin receptors animals showed no prostaglandin F(2alpha) (PGF(2alpha)) release in response to exogenous oxytocin challenge at either 3 or 5 months of age. In a second study in 4-month-old ewe lambs treatment with exogenous progesterone resulted in the appearance of PGF(2alpha) release in response to oxytocin after 10 days of treatment. Thus, during the prepubertal life, ewe lambs possess the prerequisites of a luteolytic mechanism in that they have a dormant population of oxytocin receptors in which progesterone can induce oxytocin-stimulated PGF(2alpha) release.     

Relationship between the intracellular calcium concentration changes and left ventricular hypertrophy and function in the spontaneously hypertensive rats

AIM:To elucidate the relationship between the intracellular calcium concentration changes and left ventricular hypertrophy and function in the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR).METHODS:Intracellular free calcium concentrations were measured by Fura 2 methodology and left ventricular function quantitated by cardiac catheterization in 20 SHR aged 10, 22, and 34 weeks and 20 age-matched Wistar-kyoto (WKY) rats.RESULTS:(1) The systolic blood pressure(SBP), intracellular calcium concentrations and left ventricular mass / body weight index (LVM/BW) were significantly higher in all three age groups of SHR than the corresponding groups of WKY; (2) Compared with age-matched WKY groups, the peak left ventricular pressure descending rate(-dp／dt_max) decreased while left ventricular relaxation time constant (τ)increased significantly in SHR aged 22 and 34 weeks. The peak left ventricular pressure ascending rate(dp／dt_max) and the left ventricular contractility index were significantly increased only in the 34 weeks SHR; (3) Intracellular calcium concentrations showed a positive correlation with LVM/BW,SBP,-dp／dt_max and τ(r=0.47-0.83,P<0.01)and a negative correlation with dp／dt_max and the left ventricular contractility index (r=-0.46,P<0.05 and r=-0.81, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Intracellular calcium overload is one of the potential mechanisms in the induction of left ventricular hypertrophy as well as of systolic and diastolic dysfunction.     

Effects of the juice of Fructus Hippophae (JFH) on thrombocytopenia induced by cyclophosphamide in rats

AIM:To investigate the effects of the juice of fructus hippophae(JFH) on thrombocytopenia in rats.METHODS:Forty-eight wistar rats were divided into control group, model group, Yixuesheng-Jiaonang (YSJN) group and JFH group. Rats were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide (CTX, 30 mg/kg) or saline once a day for 3 days. And then, Saline, YSJN or JFH was administered (ig) once a day for 11 days. On the second, fouth, sixth and eighth day, the thrombocyte were counted, the mean platelet volume (MPV) and PDW were examined. On the eighth day, the cAMP, cGMP in platelets and platelet aggregation function were also examined.RESULTS:JFH could shorten the time of blood coagulation, increase the count of platelet, and enhance the platelet aggregation function. The experiment also showed that the JFH could decrease cGMP content in platelet.CONCLUSION:JFH could enhance blood coagulation and quality of platelet and prevent thrombocytopenia induced by cyclophosphamide in rats.     

Traumatic shock and systemic inflammation

Trauma is the No.1 cause of death in persons under the age of 45 and the No.3 cause of all deaths. Many trauma patients die of multiple organ failure (MOF), induced by systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). This paper reviews the relations of traumatic shock with systemic inflammation.
